Holidays to Remember is an independent travel agent operating as part of The JLT Group (PTS member 6090).

All bookings made through Holidays to Remember are subject to The JLT Group booking terms and conditions. These terms govern your contract and set out important information regarding payments, cancellations, amendments and financial protection.

Financial Protection

Holidays to Remember operates under The JLT Group’s financial protection arrangements.

We are an independent travel agent, operating as part of The JLT Group (PTS member 6090), who provide full financial protection for your booking funds. Please ensure you have read and agree to our booking terms: hub.thejltgroup.co.uk/bookingterms.

Some flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected under the ATOL scheme. Where ATOL protection applies, you will receive an ATOL Certificate outlining what is protected and who to contact in the event of insolvency.

If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. Please ask us to confirm what protection applies to your booking.
